eJMB Online Strata Management Support System is an online help desk system designed for management bodies,for example a JMB (Joint Management Body) or MC (Management Corporation).
It is designed to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness of a management body support system by introducing a focal point for inquiries, seamlessly integrating into a simple easy-to-use web interface.
Inquiries can be made via e-mail, phone and web by the residents, staff and also visitors. eJMB is accessible round the clock, and also supports multiple languages. These inquiries will be assigned a ‘ticket’, which can then be used to track the progress and responses online.
Furthermore, the system can also be used to log visitors’ incomings and outgoings to boost security. Additionally, Telegram can also be integrated into eJMB. As a result, the staff would receive instant notifications about any new tickets logged by the system.
