eJMB is an online help desk system designed for strata management. Designed for JMB (Joint Management Body) or MC (Management Corporation) to enhance customer support into a simplified and seamless user-friendly online portal. Inquiries made via e-mail, phone and web will be assigned a “ticket”, which can be used to monitor responses and progress online. A demonstration portal has been created for you to access and assess the system.
